New Facility opens in North Carolina
Marlboro Development Team, Inc. Partners with Composite Tooling Manufacturer on New Production Facility in Statesville, NC
Spartanburg, SC – Marlboro Development Team, Inc. (MDT) is pleased to announce the commencement of a long-term lease for a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility with Symmetrix Composite Tooling (Symmetrix). The facility, located at 860 Connor Street in Statesville, NC, was acquired and rehabilitated by MDT prior to occupancy by Symmetrix.
Symmetrix, headquartered in Bristol, RI, will utilize the location for the machining and fabrication of composite molds, patterns, and plugs for various clients throughout the industries of alternative energy, marine, aerospace, transportation, and art & architecture. The facility was identified by Symmetrix and their brokerage representatives at Colliers International due to its significant manufacturing infrastructure, modern facility attributes, and strategic location near I-77 & I-40.
